Support Gold Star Families

CJ over at A Soldier's Perspective brings to our attention a radio program honoring the families of the Military:

"I wanted to let you know about a program that will honor military families, especially those who have lost or son or daughter in the war against terrorism. These families - called Gold Star Families - need your support now more than ever. We owe the families as much as we do the young men and women who are serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.
These families suffer an unimaginable stress, wondering if the next ring of the telephone or knock at the door will bring news of a terrible tragedy befalling their child. This is as much about the families as the soldiers.
The program airs from 4:00 to 6:00 PM Pacific Time THIS SATURDAY, January 7th.
Listen LIVE for free to this program online here:
Or, if you live in Southern California, you can tune into the program at 870 AM - on KRLA radio in Southern California.
We owe it to the families who have so proudly given us the finest generation of American Heroes."

Couldn't have said it better. Too bad the Washington Post didn't.

Thanks CJ, for the heads up!
